What size garment should I order?

Refer to the sizing chart and any additional sizing details provided on the relevant product page in our online shop.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. Some of our items are available at wholesale pricing. If you would like a wholesale account, please contact us and include your business details in your message.

What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused / unworn item(s) can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. Please check the garment carefully before removing any tags or labels.
Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or credit. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address, contact number and order number along with the item(s) that you're returning.

You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us unless upon prior agreement with us
Please send all item(s) by Recorded Delivery (the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us).

If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you credit instead. If you do not want the credit, you can email us and change it out for a refund or a different item(s). If you're asking for a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable (unless upon prior agreement with us).

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept washed or worn items. If a washed or worn item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.

(3) Shipping

How long will delivery of my order take?

UK Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing. If you need your item for a certain date then please contact us before buying on 01274 612998

Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to Ireland, USA, Canada and Australia. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
